Mechanical CAD Design

The mold parts will be made by both advanced CNC and traditioal machining machines. Mold Design Center has very extensive experiences in making the two-plate mold and three-plate mold. The corresponding parts and components such as cavity, spruce, runner (either hot or cold), ejector pins, cooling channels, cold slug wells, and gates, and so on, will be precisely designed and made to achieve the best optimum performances.
